Hahahahaa. Um, they need to LEAD. To MANAGE what needs managing. The endless greed push is pretty much all they were about. Conditions could have been even worse than they were and still... money would have been their only concern.
I have been promised a raise for over two months after moving from the registers to the produce department. I have not been trained in produce.

The compensation was one of the better aspects, but when you consider the non-existent work-life balance and endless stress and frustration, disrespect... no one is being compensated well or fairly.
I am not sure if its possible to correct or improve bad apples.
Work on weekends. Coverage of other employees rather than putting it all on one.
