Review from Operations Dept

Review from Legal Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I feel undervalued due to a toxic work environment, lack of communication within department, hostile behavior with intentional incorrect name references, unpleasant attitudes towards employees and unappreciative of work efforts. I expect a higher compensation for my skill set/ progress with inmate

Review from Operations Dept · Posted 9 days ago

Better benefits leas hours and following policies

Review from Operations Dept · Posted 11 days ago

Higher pay for kitchen employees

Review from Operations Dept · Posted 11 days ago

Handling the amount of volume in the mail room, including the different personalities of the detainees mail room get's daily.

Review from Admin Dept · Posted 12 days ago

I am concerned about the balance between pay, workload, and responsibility in my role. W/only three days of training and situations where nurses are left alone, it can feel overwhelming and potentially unsafe. I believe additional training and better staffing support would help ensure quality care

Review from Product Dept · Posted 12 days ago

Part timers should receive benefits and equal pay

Review from Operations Dept · Posted 12 days ago

All other human resource positions in every company in Southern California pay above 30.00 per hour to start. Geo is considerably less at 25.00. Making the health and welfare benefit the only reason to take the job. In order to have a salary to live on.

Review from HR Dept · Posted 12 days ago

Over worked, too much work to combine in 8 hours. Would like corporate to consider 4 10s like we used to have

Review from Admin Dept · Posted 12 days ago

The more I learn about the job the more is being added to it. I do feel the pay was fair originally but now that so much more is being added it does feel like 18 per hour or 19 per hour would be more fair.

Review from Customer Success Dept

More pay for all the work that a person does would be nice. We are expected to do a job but also do other positions at the same time with no difference in pay.

Review from Admin Dept

Current leads, trainers, and the flight manager do not seem to take employees' requests seriously. Whether it is for a personal issue or to take emergency time off. It appears that if you belong to the right "click", your request will be looked at. Other than that, it will not.

Review from Operations Dept

match the local average hourly pay

Review from Operations Dept

Never praised when I do something well, but they'll be quick to scold if something is not done correctly.

Review from Operations Dept

Equal respect from upper management

Review from Operations Dept

The significant workload placed on a single supervisor, combined with ongoing staffing shortages, creates an undue burden on all managers. As a result, supervisors often work extended hours while juggling multiple roles. Additionally, the current salary structure is not competitive w/ other company

Review from Operations Dept

I feel undervalued by the lack of security for front entry staff. At our two neighboring facilities, there are secure gates that prevent free access to the facilities, however, at the D. Ray facilty we do not have that. This allows the public and visitors free access to the front entry staff.

Review from Operations Dept

Bad rexeuit8ng experience, should pay more due to risk of armed transports and also some employees are undertrained and very unsafe. If one had to do all the work then there should be greater compensation.

Review from Operations Dept

Pay is lower than other companies around that offer the same position.

Review from Admin Dept

For what is required of us there should be better compensation. We put our lives in harms way when dealing with a lot of the detainees.

Review from Operations Dept

I feel the pay can be a little higher
