I love that our leadership team practice what they preach - They are all open, honest and truly embody the company values.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Whatever is going on in my personal life, I can bring my true self to work, not having to hide things out of 'professionalism' and know that I have their support. This ethos is embodied throughout the company and really allows us to be human beings instead of robots.
