Great experience in all departments except personal lines property. Senior leadership is uncaring and lacks empathy. They have lost dozens of great employees due to this. I've never seen anything like it. Diversity and inclusion are non existent and your words and ideas are held against you.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
We can't keep leaders. The ones hired lack damage experience.
