The compensation package at the company was excellent, but the workload was unreasonable. There needed to be more support staff and more people working there. The manager was not supportive.

More support staff, less work.

I liked that it was more of a conversation than questions.

Everyone was so busy and overworked there was really no time to deal with co workers.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
When I was there there was too much work to be done, it was very stressful.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The leadership team was very critical. My manager did not provide helpful feedback and did not allow me to work independently.
