TOI has been a great place to work. It is a fast paced environment but we are rooted in the quality of our patient care. It is an environment where you can learn a lot and every day is different. I truly enjoy the people I get to work with as well.

What do you like best about the leadership team?
I enjoy that our leadership team really does want to hear your opinion on matters and listens to what others people's perspectives. We may not always agree with each other but we can have a healthy conversation and see where others are coming from.

Our company is always striving to create a positive working environment. We put a lot of thought and effort into making TOI a place where people want to come to work. It is also a very open environment and our executive leaders are very accessible.

I enjoy interacting with my team and with others across the organization. TOI has smart and personable employees and it is refreshing to work with people who are aligned around common goals and not only the Company's success, but the care we provide to our patients.
