What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The positivity and culture comes from my on-site team - I feel relatively disconnected to the TOI company culture. I have a great team that makes the day worthwhile even when there are tough times.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

As we adjust to a new EMR and a completely new way of doing everything that affects workflow for our patients, our staff feels a lack of support and empathy as we go through this challenging time.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

I have an outstanding department supervisor - she is invested in my growth and seems genuinely interested in me as a person. I also have a wonderful operations manager at my on-site facility who goes above and beyond her job description.

What are some of the best things about your team?

I have a great department team that asks for help when needed, which is reassuring that they will help me also when I need it. My on-site facility is also amazing - they work well as a team and can count on their teammates to do the work needed to serve our patients.
