I like who i work with & the MDs. I just feel that we are treating very deadly diagnoses & these departments are not equipped to handle the increase of patients
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Procedure auth delays, delays with Biopsys. Delay with Md notes

They are all team players in our POD, always willing to lend an arm.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
That we like to laugh with each other & we have supportive OM & MDs
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Wages, Retaining staff & employees, & retrain IMPORTANT depts (Procedure,Path) how to properly submit accurately and timely.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Myself & my peers are constantly asked to do above our job duties. We often have to step in & assist with biopsy appointments and specialty apps. it be great to be compensated for translating, scheduling bx, & calling pts when authorizations are approved on top of managing office flows
