My experience has been positive from patient care, doctor daily interaction, employees and manager . My interest in career growth isn't leading to educational or hands on training I thought it would. Financial compensation I felt I deserved at evaluation did not meet expectations

The amount of work and hours required to complete the job duties for a supervisor should be financial compensated at a higher level or salary

The amount of work required and compensation in comparison to competitors are low. Vacation time should be increased due to level of stress each position entails
