I really love working with my boss, he's a good mentor and very supportive. I love my team and working with most of the other leaders. I truly believe in the cause. However, I do not believe that all of our senior leaders care about employees well being...many teammates think this as well.

They're friendly, smart, hard-working, care about patients.

Everything but the medical coverage.

My boss is very supportive and I have a great team.

My team is highly motivated, self-starters, and care deeply about their teammates and patients.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I really love my boss and the support he gives. Everyone for the most part is friendly and really cares about our patients.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
PPO insurance is extremely expensive. Not enough PTO- I believe that if you promote work-life balance, you will get a better work product and results.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I'm exhausted and not getting enough resources or appreciation for the work I'm doing. It seems as though the focus is only on programs that generate revenue.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Being transparent and appreciative- we keep getting more work without appreciation or acknowledgement that it's hard to maintain. Develop their leaders so they know how to lead, not just from a top down manner.
