The healthcare benefits. While I did not take part in the Pet insurance this, I definetly will next year!

When our team members collaborate to provide the best care for our patients . When our patients feel they have gotten the best care.

My team wants to provide the best care for our patients. They will go above and beyond to make sure we are delivering the care that we promise to our patients.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our team celebrates one another. We give shout outs to team members when they go above and beyond for a patient or team member. We applaud patient survey comments when team members names are specifically mentioned. Celebrating work anniversaries and birthdays has created an inclusive enviroment.
