Overall positive experience. Vacation and benefits are seriously lacking, however.

Pay is good - other benefits, not so much.

I like my co-workers and my ability to work from home a few days a week.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that they're fairly young and relatable. I feel most members of leadership (C-Suite) are very approachable.
