We are very open to one another. We can be honest and not take criticism the wrong way as well as support each other at all moments.
What makes you most happy at work?
The relationship with the staff and patients. It is rewarding to work with people who care and have heart for their patients. It is very easy to point out the negative in a working environment, but the patients always reassure us of how amazing we are.
