I feel that we should have better vision coverage.

When the patients know we are taking care of them.

I feel that my direct supervision makes sure I fee heard.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My direct team is always willing to work together to get it done.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I think that loosing so many providers on an ongoing basis around the same time of year does not help with the morale with employees from top to bottom.
