It has been great so far

Briefly describe your overall experience at your company

I enjoy working here. Can there be improvements, always. My purpose working here is to improve the lives of my patients with hope and love. I'll be here until I'm told otherwise.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

There is integrity and great teamwork.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

They seem to truly care about their team.

What are some of the best things about your team?

We all work well together. While there is some conflict, it usually gets resolved well.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Super funny group of people. Amazing work ethics and we all strive to help each other. Strife is extremely rare and we all try to discuss things like adults when there are misunderstandings.

What makes you most happy at work?

I love having the opportunity to bless my patients during one of the most difficult times of their lives. Seeing their faces light up when I greet them with a smile blesses me. I love being a strong support for them.

What makes you most happy at work?

Being able to help our patients. I want to see them improve and recover. Oncology does not usually indicate recovery in it's prognosis, but I believe that with extending the love of God and hope to their situation can help improve it.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Firstly, I do enjoy working at TOI. The patients and co-workers are amazing. My personal compensation has always been an issue because I did take a significant pay cut when taking this position. My length of experience, I feel, would have afforded me a better hourly wage.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I did not expect to make this much less than what I did for family practice. I do understand that there is a method and a process to things. I am not unhappy, but would like to be making more since I have been doing this job for >10 years now.
