What needs to change to make the company culture better?
More money with better benefits, managers showing support to their employees for advancement in their careers.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Because I am undervalued at this job. Will take care of numerous patients and help MDs and fellow APPs for less than an optimal amount of money, only for there to be a job posting later advertising for more money than I currently make. Also various people ask for favors and do not return them.
