I enjoy TOI. However I want to love TOI. The vision we have and where we are going is going to be great, however I don't necessarily feel as I will be part of that as leadership focuses on other things and not the employee

Knowing we had have done a job well, and moving to another challenge

Their Vision and passion to treat our patients and take TOI to the next level
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The amount of work put on our shoulders to get to the next level, without the appreciation can be alot at points. Compensation would help
