I like my manager, and I like the coworkers that I interact with. Everyone seems very friendly.
What makes you most happy at work?
Seeing that my hard work goes noticed and also that my work is paying off in the clinics.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would like more insight into merit raises, promotions, or annual raises. I also would like to see more information about annual reviews, probation periods, etc.
