What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Here at our facility are patient's do come first and we go above and beyond to make sure they know that.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Our two therapists are amazing and give 100% of themselves. The third teammate is not reliable and has no drive.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
We received multiple complaints about TOI office's not answering their phones unable to get through. I wish someboby would really fix that. It is embar
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Step up and give me an annual raise. You have me as Front Office but in reality I am front and back office, authorization department, scheduling assist doctors with examinations, handle all ordering. Also do dictation and so much more.
