I like the experience that Ive had at TOI so far. October will be my 1 year here and Ive learned so much. I have friends here and the Doctors all treat everyone with respect. I like that the company hires well rounded people to work in the SFL clinics.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like how we get respected as a person, When something needs to be HEARD it is. not just brushed off like most big companies would.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people I work with treat me with respect and we know how to work together to make the office flow close to seamless as possible
What makes you most happy at work?
Going into a work place that respects you as a person is a big factor! My patients are friendly and we are able to treat them as family.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My doctor is amazing and treats me with respect. I work at different offices and the other office I work at the staff is amazing and we all work together as a team!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It's not that I feel undervalued, I said I'm not getting paid enough because with prices going up its hard to be able to afford rent / car insurance / other bills that are necessary. I feel like $20.00 for the FOA's would be manageable.
