Weekly check in with project team members and a safe place to have candid conversations about work life balance.
Work hard, have my back, care about clients and we have fun!
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
The company structure lends to selfishness. Feels like everyone is just looking out for themselves.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Listening, empathetic, care about the employee experience.
Hard working, ethical, focused on doing the right thing for clients, care about the next generation and helping them be successful.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Co-worker who behaves terribly, would report to hr if I didn't think it would have severe repercussions on me.

Conversations with C-Suite executives about the mission and strategic plans for the company.
Asked great questions, really wanted to get to know me, was transparent about what to expect when working at Segal.

Make sure all people who interview candidate approve.

Working with my clients and teams to solve client problems.
