They should improve everything about the company.

Listening, empathetic, care about the employee experience.

If you are not client facing, then you are treated like hired help. Professional development is non-existent.

I can honestly say that coming to work at Segal was one of the best decisions I have ever made. It's an amazing company, with an amazing culture.
