Communication. Ability to listen. Ability to work towards a viable solution.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I have good coworkers. I've never really witnessed intense ridicule or unfair punishment or treatment.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Very long hours usually. I would like more allotted time off. Post job, a better, more consistent bonus program would be nice.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The vision is unclear. The mission statement is one thing but the path forward needs to be defined. Who, what, where, why , and how.
