When we are meeting schedule and staying under budget. If the project is going well, the team's attitude reflects off of that and creates a positive work environment.

Best thing about my team is how diverse we all are. Also everyone really does work as a team and takes the time to get to know each other.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I find it impressive how busy everyone always is that they always find time to help me with any questions or concerns that I have. They will either stop what they are doing or make time for me to explain my concerns.
