My compensation is adequate but due to the fact I am part time I receive no benefits.

I am most happy at work when I am learning and able to produce something of value to the company.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The head office in Canada is small with few people in at any given moment. There is little interaction with colleagues outside of your immediate area.
