We work together to get things done and I never feel like I can't shouldn't ask questions or question something.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It's a really intense environment, but that's just construction. The intensity keeps you on your toes and makes work go by much faster.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love interacting with my co-workers and being able to learn from them. I also love learning more and more about the construction industry.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Very driven, task-oriented, and professional but also very personable. I feel like I have made friends at my job while keeping that level of respect.
