They listen to each other and give each other space to speak. Everyone opinion and ideas are respected and considered.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Steps seemed to be pretty standard and in a timely matter. Final in person interview was extremely effective and actually enjoyable.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Extremely helpful, knowledgeable and willing to help me do my best. Everyone in the leadership team here at N140 showed great respect for each other and the workers on site.
