Since the first day I arrived to the site, I felt welcome and comfortable. Everyone I work with has shown nothing but encouragement and support.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I have not met an Archer Western or Walsh Group employee that I do not like. Everyone has been comforting and welcoming since I began the job.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
From all of The Walsh Group and Archer Western employees I have met, they have all shown leadership. All of the supervisors and my superintendent on our site have tremendous leadership. They have coached everyone and built us up as a team to achieve our vision.
