Team effectively communicates throughout the day. Constant and consistent office meetings which allow the team to stay on the same page and advance without issues. As well, the Pittsburgh team worked cohesively to help others understand what is expected of them.

As a first-year law student, most internships I found did not offer any compensation at all. The fact that I was paid so well for my services makes me believe that The Walsh Group truly believes in the work that I can do for them.

The leadership team in Pittsburgh is AMAZING, and provided me with the most enjoyable work I have ever done. Tasks were effectively delegated, adequately matched my skill set, and never felt like too much to handle. As well, I never felt uncomfortable talking to leadership about anything!

One of the best parts about work is the fun and energetic team I get to interact with daily. Outside of their conversations, the work environment I perform in is very comfortable, which I find makes me more comfortable in my work and allows me to get more done quickly.

My interview was with my current manager, who graduated from the same law school as me. He understood a great deal about this company and the nuances of the work to be performed, and represented the culmination of all the knowledge that can be obtained from a professional company such as this.

The amount of work my department was required to get through in a short period of time was incredible. Nonetheless, I at no point felt rushed or as though I was required to do more than I was capable of doing. Indeed, I was reassured many times that whatever we could get done was satisfactory.
