What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone gets along very well with one another, and responsibilities were divided fairly between each other.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Our pay compared to other construction companies is a bit lower, however if we had more benefits offered it would be better.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
That everyone is very comfortable with one another. I think they have done a great job with the amount of work events/activities that have been planned throughout the year for team building exercises.
