Not ideal, overworked, with the systematic rolling back of benefits and perks. We are noticing.

Easy at the lowest levels. Hard to non existent at the middle to upper levels.

being friendly in theory but not in reality

It depends on the role. Sometimes a week sometimes more, and sometimes you have to have to reach out to them to get an answer. This is the most frustrating thing about a large corporation, they are not really good about making this process fast or easy. If they have an immediate need they are fast, like now we are hiring for chefs, custodial, attractions and security, these get responses very quickly, other areas not so much.

I love it because I know that I will get my dream job and in the meantime I will change the lives of others.

I think it is great because everyday I get to make someone happy

mostly bad people are going through the motions.
