People are nice and willing to help. They sometimes are too nice

It's been a while since i've interviewed. team interviews make it more friendly

Approachable and open. They seem to want to do better and be more forthright

get paid well and have good PTO and VTO. Wish benefits were as good as they were before Obamacare.
What makes you most happy at work?
Have lots of meaningful work, not just busy work or babysitting others to get their work done. Challenging work and lots of different things
