J would like to get paid more and work 8 hours because working at the Tire side for 10 hours for 5 days a week is very tiring.
Management claims full time is just a status and not an amount of hours worked per week. I am labeled as part time in the system but get 40 plus hours per week.
I feel undervalued because I work part time due to school but have enough time to work full time but cant because of the managers designated four 10 schedule, I have no benefits and make less than other jobs with less manual labor

My Coworkers literally don't care about their jobs or the customers. Maybe if they were paid more, or if they didnt have 2 split days off a week, they would care.
Just helping eachother with literally anything, everybody is so selfish and unwilling to help anybody woth anything
I have no co-workers no one even spoke the day I had to drive an hour round trip to get my pay that was supposed to be direct deposit.

The manager needs to be firm and not let people get away with things. The "lead" who is in the same position as us, is put to manage the schedule and workers, but he is very unfair. The manager knows about this and does not try to change it for the better, so now I am very unsatisfied at work

Have both managers show up for the interview. Have them be more organized with the questions and let you know ahead of time when the interview will be.

The management at the Moscow Idaho location needs to be completely gotten rid of.
Quality of work has plumeted. Its all about getting cars in and getting them back out. The proper way would be as fast as you can do it, PROPERLY.
