Very generous retirement package. They have good health benefits
The insurance packages are goof
The quarterly bonuses are awesome. Really motivates me to do well for my store so my co workers and I are all rewarded for it

Compared to other shops, being able to have a true sense of self, rather than sticking to a script.
Going home after a long day of helping people on the road
