Honestly the managment doesnt do much besides the stuff they got specifclh trained to do that we sales associates dont know about, but mist of the time i walk to the front to see one or two of the managers just sitting down in a chair talking together or they are just on their phones.

Because here in Texas as well as California the work is the same.. productivity, encourage, responsability, execution of your job, conmmitment etc and here in Tx wage is $ 12 others states have $16 dlls or more regular associate

I feel very valued verbally but when it comes to compensation that's where the undervalue comes in. I greet customers, answer customer questions, answer phone calls, do price checks for all departments, push stock, markdowns, take out trash, fill in whenever and wherever needed

I've been there for years, was left in place of manager on several occasions and was never compensated for it. I'm still getting entry level pay.
