Management needs to be retrained CEO needs to actually visit his stores and see the state they are in and get feed back from associates

The management team puts too much pressure on each individual person without seeing that spreading it out so that one person is not miserable would be a more effective way of working

Everything is wrong starting with the pay rate and managers picking out specific people to Discipline instead of everyone being fair at all times.

The company culture doesn’t allow for a heathy work life balance. Many people are stressed a lot of the time. The saying goes “you got to do the work before you get the promotion” vs seeing the potential in the people you already have.
Focus on functionality of interdepartmental flow and warehouse space. Employee tools are inadequate to do proper job with ease, better training for management and associates. The culture of bad operational practices has been established and will be hard to change. No Quality, only numbers.

The staff is very Spanish exclusive like I said before if you didn't speak Spanish then nobody talked to you. The management team as well was very unprofessional and disorganized.

The diversity is lacking. I would like to see more POC hired and retained at the company. I think there is a lot of work to be done about this.
