EVERYTHING. ASST managers are overwhelmed, overworked and while their salaries are considerably more than regular associates and key holders they are not valued either.
If you don't agree with management, you don't get perks or promoted.

Honestly the managment doesnt do much besides the stuff they got specifclh trained to do that we sales associates dont know about, but mist of the time i walk to the front to see one or two of the managers just sitting down in a chair talking together or they are just on their phones.
They can increase overtime rate of pay.

I have worked in every department at T.J. And the fact that I just got .25 cents raise is crazy and my coworker who got one point higher than me on our evaluation got .47 cents higher says FAVORTISM!!!!

Need smarter people and ones who care

Turnover is high. We get good associates but motivate is low.
Less turnover for employees. We take a lot of time to train people just to have them leave

Assessment should focus on the wonderful individuals and the mutual respect they deserve.
Disciplinary actions leading to termination as consequences for those individuals making it impossible to come to work peacefully to a job, Instead of leadership and HR targeting those experiencing the issues.
If they change the attendance policy and be respectful towards people who are in calls with HR team
Interviewers are hit or miss, it took me 3 times to get in.

Im very shy and dont like interacting with people often.
Management needs to be retrained CEO needs to actually visit his stores and see the state they are in and get feed back from associates
compensate employees so that they can make a living wage, stop hiring new people when the store is already fully staffed.
I would like to see more professional development opportunities to grow at company.
I'd like to see our salaries increase so we can at the least have our money match our work load. I'd like to see the management team show value in us by listening and addressing our concerns.

The diversity is lacking. I would like to see more POC hired and retained at the company. I think there is a lot of work to be done about this.
