What do you like best about the leadership team?
i like how fun and personable they are while still encouraging the work that needs to be done
they make sure you ok
They are very Supportive to others
I personally don't talk to very many like every interaction with everyone is always positive and nice.and that's cool to see compared to other places I've worked

What is the best part about your compensation package?
the therapy program and free gameplay
Its benificial to all the playmakers
Its very very fun for me
The tips are the best

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
when i work main bar make sure my bartender also think about the work i put in with them on the shift so they should break down on tipS
I struggle in the kitchen because we have sooo many people that just can't speak or understand English. and I've been told I can't make anymore money or get over time from learning Spanish on the side to help in the day to day
Being one team is a great idea when it comes to pay but it seems the top performance players are not compensated for the work they do, staying right with the average and below average workers. the only way to make more is to work more.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
ENGLISH ENGLISH ENGLISH ENGLISH ENGLISH I have a hard time understanding what people are saying and
They need to work and stay off their phone

everyone cares about each other
the good vibes we host

Eveyone makes the job way more fun
People bring different outlooks to their job
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Again I hope this is anonymous but English or me learning Spanish would be sooo helpful And I would like to see a topgolf soccer team or maybe softball team if nobody plays soccer

i enjoy the people i work with
me talking to my coworkes and just working
Being able to interact woth oghers and get pais
The free food is a big perk I keep coming back for and a day without any re fires is cool
Just meeting new people everyday
