What do you like best about the leadership team?
The way they truly care about all playmakers no matter the job title.
Very caring and accommodating to ones needs
I love the positivity and the will to grow the internal talent. Topgolf does a super good job of promoting from within and that makes me very happy to be a part of

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Having a structured bonus system.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel as if my compensation is as competitive as the brand allows and my venue takes very good care of me. Still with as crazy and stressful as the job can be I believe that there is potential for more to be available. This is something TG is working on and as the brand grows, so will the pay
I fell that the pay does not equate to the volume of work and effort put in week in and week out. To know you barely make more than the position below you is disheartining knowing all the work I put it.
It should be more geographic and one size fits one. Right now I feel like its a small sliding scale.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone seems to be hought in to the brand and the goals of the brand.
Everybody seems to enjoy coming to work
My team has a very positive mentality and outlook on life/work. This leads to a lot of growth and puts us ahead of the pack very easily

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our enviroment has a feeling of safety and the moral of the team is high.
Lots of creative culture events
The way that everyone speaks to one another is very productive, helpful, and caring. It means a lot to me working for a company that is so invested in its staff and their futures

I dont feel like its work. I generally feel liie im just goong to my other home.
Being able to make an impact on the team
I am most happy at work developing my team and helping put opportunities in front of individuals. I see myself as a coach and role model to the younger crowd which means the world to me
