Helping our customers find their confidence in our clothing. I love dressing them and being apart of build their self esteem.

When customers leave feeling satisfied with how i helped them.

There are a lot of challenges but nothing is so hard that it is discouraging. We stay very busy. There are so may training tools so that if you want to learn, there is much to learn.

The people I work with and for, the customer connections and care, growing and developing people to meet their goals and potential.

Review from Sales Dept

Customers and the fashion are my zen at Torrid

Review from Sales Dept

Interacting with my team and customers.

It's very satisfying to have a customer enjoy trying on a pair of well-fitting jeans or a comfortable bra when that is so often denied curvy folk.

Review from Sales Dept

Just helping lift other women and get to show them how incredible they are

Helping a person find clothing that they feel and look great in.

Uplifting other people by helping them feel confident in their bodies

Review from Sales Dept

My team and clients make every day better

Bonuses and other incentives, personal growth

Nothing at the moment. I have nothing

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Prices to high, pay too low, not enough people to do the job and the constantly want us to utilize less people. Bad benefits and bad oversight from corporate leaders

They aren't listening to the staff in stores to solve the issues. We bring up problems that inhibit us from making their sales goals and they say we are complaining when all we want is support. We have the same goal, just different perspectives.

The buyers want better quality store treatment and not to be seen as walking bank accounts. With Torrid credit cards being shoved down their throats, they cant help but to feel hostile.

THIS COMPANY HAS NO IDEA WHAT IT IS DOING THE THINGS AND COMMENTS OF THINGS RETURNED ATR HORRENDOUS .. THERE IS JUST TO MUCH TO TYPE

The CEO doesnt listen. Management doesnt listen.

Review from Sales Dept

Needs of customer and practice what they preach

Prices are high, pay is low, and employees are fleeing like crazy. Torrid is not keeping up the pace, and they also are not willing to do so either. Clothing is dated, but increases in price. No one is willing to work for a company that has a lack of understanding of current needed changes.

I need more and better training, more than "you did this wrong, why?" And an angry explanation of what I need help with. A keyholder manual would help immensely.

Review from Sales Dept

the company is making too many changes too quickly and are expanding beyond their knowledge. they require too much out of a single worker and do not provide the time or resources in order to do a satisfactory job, then force the employee to be accountable

Review from Sales Dept

I dread the pain of working. I'm on me feel for my whole shift minus a 30 minute lunch, and this brand is for big girls- we're all plus sized at work. Big girls on their feet all day end up with foot pain, hip pain, knee pain, and general muscle aches. Allowing sitting at the register would be good

If you complain to higher up people nothing is ever done. It’s swept under the rug. They only care about numbers.

Review from Sales Dept

Co workers need to be held accountable but usually are not.

Review from Sales Dept

I don't like leadership or my co-workers

Review from Sales Dept

Better scheduling alternative, work life balance.

Review from Sales Dept

I am not getting enough hours at my job.
