Torrid is a good place to work as a sales associate if you are looking for a fun job. It is not a good source of income. The pay is very low compared to other retail clothing companies. Management positions have a more competitive wage and benefits are offered. Overall I've enjoyed my experience.

More financial compensation, or less out of pocket cost for health benefits would go a long way. Better training resources.
