HORRIBLE upper mgmt. When I told the DM about my ADA protected disability, she told me I should quit. Called HR, they were supposed to speak to her and didn't, which led to an argument. I am a good employee. 18+ years of store mgr experience, and not a single write up. Lowest paying retailer as well
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our team is tight knit and we work as a family. We work hard, have fun with each other and customers. Our team had great customer service, internal and external. We rock our KPIs consistently. Our team is well trained and so need little direction when coming in for a shift. They're amazing!
