I love working at Torrid, but it's not because of the company. It's our customers and coworkers that make it great. If I didn't love the customers and the girls at my store, I would be long gone. We are overworked, told that we have enough hours to get things done that they know we can't.

What did you like most about the interview process?
They really make a point to treat everyone fairly and give an equal chance. If it's not the right fit, it's about keeping that relationship intact.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are all in it together, we all want to make it a great experience for the customer because we all know what it's like to be a plus size girl in a straight size world.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
They aren't listening to the staff in stores to solve the issues. We bring up problems that inhibit us from making their sales goals and they say we are complaining when all we want is support. We have the same goal, just different perspectives.
