communication and focus on the operation on the store level

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

again more communication and team work rather than an assigning of roles for individual tasks that everyone should be made responsible for. a lack of consequence and responsibility allows for unequal distribution of work

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

a 15 cent raise is not a show of appreciation for hard work and it is especially insulting when there are repeated emails from the CEO about how much we matter. In addition to the part-time management position being removed entirely from the company

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

the company is making too many changes too quickly and are expanding beyond their knowledge. they require too much out of a single worker and do not provide the time or resources in order to do a satisfactory job, then force the employee to be accountable

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

managers that sincerely care for their employees and district managers that are involved in their work and are help accountable for more than sending an email or two. they should be in the stores more often and leading by example and showing the proper way to handle situations.

What did you like most about the interview process?

easy and quick though i believe this was because they were desperate to get people in the door. i do not feel i was hired specifically for my experience, though it was an added benefit. the interview felt like something that needed to get done rather than a search for real talent
