
They need to improve on organization(very lazy and cluttery) and communication(favoritism, cliques, gossiping and isolation). I was practically thrown into an environment where no one will help me(even though they know I have no experience in retail) when I ask a question.
My coworkers need to improve communication, teamwork and organization. No one should be treated like a maid. The environment is very toxic because a majority of them will undermine, gossip, and isolate you. Even though it varies by location, I would not work here(no training and toxic environment)
