It was a quick interview

I didnt i have a history of hiring at other jobs and torrids interview makes it hard to determine if someome is actually a good canidate
I felt the questions were more in depth than other places ive worked
I was asked to construct an outfit for my manager acting as a client looking for clothing for a specific event. its a good way of knowing who actually can attend to customer needs.
What makes you most happy at work?
Listening to the music and interacting with the customers helping them find the right outfit
Helping my regulars find new items and create "relationships" with new customers
Being able to make individuals happy and confident.

Helping our customers find their confidence in our clothing. I love dressing them and being apart of build their self esteem.
