Contract workers need higher compensation
Health benefits are expensive comparatively
Bonus goals are hard to acheive. Also sime associates are eligible for commisiin if they reach a certain level of sales but the goal is hard to reach. They are always changing the bonus plans
Visit store and investigate Internal problems
No one received raises and no operational support . They expect their staff to do all jobs without fair compensation

I put in more hours and work harder than the store manager and other assistant manager the regional and district managers do jot communicate. And the district manager is never working

They are not considerate of people who may be larger than 150lbs. They don't listen and brush every issue you have aside. There are major health scares now with Covid-19 and no one is taking precautions to prevent the spread. They need to actually follow the rules and guidelines
