Bonus goals are hard to acheive. Also sime associates are eligible for commisiin if they reach a certain level of sales but the goal is hard to reach. They are always changing the bonus plans

No one received raises and no operational support . They expect their staff to do all jobs without fair compensation

The structure in retail stores is chaotic, particularly with the yearly 'organizational' changes they make. The commission structure breeds negative behaviors and the inability to hire real talent and get rid of under-performers makes it a challenging place to work. Too strict- point systems etc.
The issue isn't the employees the issue was management
my coworkers are weird because they say innapropriate stuff in front of customers

Employees need to be rewarded for their personal hard work. Managers and corporate need to handle employees who do not do their job. Salary employees need to clock in and out to prove they are working
Stop treating unfairly break away from clicks and favoritism. Stop making fake accounts and authorizing discounts were not applicable. Higher new management that holds her team accountable correctly and teaches them and has a patience to teach every kind of person that works for the company.
Management needs to stop playing favorites and visualize and see who the actual employees are that are working and contributing to the company. Versus the ones that are just standing around doing nothing

I would like to see it shortened
Have more than one member of management interview and not judge unfairly. Being nonjudgmental Immaturely, we lose a lot of GOOD applicants due to that
Have somebody who is open to the idea and has the patience to teach every kind of person and not to judge on a first impressions
It takes them forever to set up an interview and once some one is hired it takes weeks to do the paperwork
