It's been a good 5 months, and I'm excited for the future of TraceLink. However I do feel management could be a bit more transparent and accurate sometimes in regards to commission, roadmap, etc.

very supporting and helpful teammates
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They seem like normal people just like the ordinary person, therefore, treating everyone the same
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Nothing to do with work really, it's just the whole covid situation. Can get lonely and isolated sometimes
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My manager so far has been great. Does not micro manage and allows me to operate as an adult
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think on paper comp is good. But there always seems to be some playing around and changing of the comp structure so you can never really be sure what you'll be paid out
