generally exciting and motivating -had ups and downs mainyl ups. Good team on the EMEA side. Could have a slightly better pay for base salary but commission scheme is great. The benefits of the comp are fantastic. great experience so far

How easy it is to communicate to them. Whether they take my point seriously or not I don't know. But I make myself hear in a good way

when I get a SAL - when I had a good meeting - when I see a clear goal or target - when I have a clear structure
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel like the EMEA team has been neglected recently in different areas. Now that we have a new manager things should change. Looking out for progress in these aspects. Compensation is good if i get my commission - a bit low if I don't
